Triggering and Segmentation

The Welcome Tour should be displayed only once for each new user. Use custom rules or segmentation based on the sign-up date.

Introducing New Feature

Showcase and explain new features to existing users. A Feature Tour helps your users quickly become acquainted with the respective sections or product features of your platform.

Instructions

  • Create a Tour with a maximum of 5-7 steps
  • Add a feedback link to the last tour step
  • Add a video, GIF, or image (Base plan +)

Triggering and Segmentation

The Feature Tour remains active until it is dismissed or completed. We recommend displaying it once per user.
